I could not be happier with my recent purchase of the Inner Balance Wellness - Jin Massage chair. Delivered via freight company - locally scheduled with them, easy - prompt and courteous deliveryman brought it onto the porch. Unpacking and the assembly process were simple enough. We put the whole thing together properly based without instructions. (two arms, and two shoulder level airbags attach to a main assembly for the seat/back and platform.) Later we realized a PDF Owners Manual was available. (Received a follow up using phone/text from distributor, and he quickly emailed the PDF owner guide to me) Super quality leather, all 9 presets are therapeutic. Highly recommended based on this shopping experience.

My husband has always had a bad back so we wanted to get a chair for awhile, but we don't have space for one of those big, bulky massage chairs. When I found this one, we had to get it! I can't believe how good of a massage it gives for being such a small chair and fits perfect in our house. Both my husband and I are impressed

I have had my massage chair for about 6 months and I absolutely love it! I use mine every day to help with my back pain and I have been able to stop going to the chiropractor! I spent a lot of time researching chairs and when I found this one, I was excited to try it. I purchased the chair locally and they let me try it out before I bought it. I would highly recommend this chair to anyone looking for one!

I have had this chair for just under a year, and it has been the best decision I have ever made. I spend all day on my feet and I use my chair every night to help alleviate my pain. I was spending a ton of time and money going to get massages, and this chair has paid for itself and then some. I would highly recommend this chair to anyone!

I have to say i received the best customer service yesterday from everyone on this team, especially Nicolas Beese! Returned my call, emails and followed up promptly too. They were so helpful and courteous in helping me find the correct model # , part # and pricing for my massage chair. I am so impressed that im actually taking the time to write this so they get the recognition so well deserved. This is how customer service should be everywhere. This is the kind of company that others should model. KUDOS to your whole team and thank you so much for rekindling my faith that customer service has not completely fallen by the way side.

Full body massage from head to toe. The L track hit every curve the way it should. Not too strong not too soft. Husband really like the foot rollers after he takes his work boots off.

I have a therapist and I get massages regularly, LOL, but I thought why not save a bunch of time and money and have this chair in my house, waiting for me 24/7? Turns out I was right - this the best money I ever spent. It is so relaxing, and especially on the heat setting can out me to sleep when I'm having a hard time sleeping at night. Highly recommend!.
